How it Began
FluxAir began as a shared vision between two aviation enthusiasts, James and Avi, who have been deeply involved in the world of General Aviation for years.
From joining the RAF Air Cadets together at 12 years old, to then working closely as Flying Club Operations staff, we saw first-hand the intricacies of aircraft ownership, management, and sales.
Our collaboration naturally grew from our common passion for flight, and we knew that by combining our knowledge, we could offer something unique to the aviation community.

"With a deep-rooted passion for aviation, my journey in this industry spans various exciting roles. I began as an Operations Supervisor at a leading aero club, where I gained first-hand experience in managing day-to-day flight operations and ensuring smooth, safe flying experiences for members.
As a licensed Private Pilot (PPL) and aerobatics enthusiast, I’ve embraced the skies with both precision and excitement, continually pushing my own limits as a pilot. My involvement in Military aviation has further broadened my understanding of the complexities of the field, enriching my skillset and perspective on aviation safety, operations, and discipline.
At FluxAir, I’m proud to bring this blend of operational expertise, practical flying experience, and a commitment to excellence to every aircraft sale, ensuring our clients get the best possible service!"

"My love for aviation was ignited during my time with the RAF Air Cadets, but I officially began my flying journey by earning my PPL, and continued to expand my expertise by obtaining ratings to enhance my skills and airmanship. I went on to complete my Night rating, Instrument Rating (Restricted), and Multi-Engine Piston (MEP) rating, all while working as an Operations Supervisor at an aero club
I believe strongly in the value of self-development, and to
always strive to push boundaries, a mindset that translates to my approach to flying. My focus on entering the world of Business aviation has taught me the significance of attention to detail, professionalism, discipline, and above all, a strong reputation.
